Deep on the Gloucester/Wales border is the Forest of Dean. Beechenhurst is one of the areas with a big car-park, facilities and several trail heads: Some are for cycling and others for walks. Most of these seem to have a theme. The one we did was the sculpture trail. This is about 7KM long and takes you past 16 different sculptures set into the woodland which are permanent and couple of temporary ones too. Despite the full carpark it was nice and quiet. A very pleasant few hours strolling through the forest.
This will be a blog about my latest shots and what I liked or was trying to do with them
